I'm not typically comfortable putting my new car in the hands of strangers - i like to wash/wax myself. That said, i recently spilled a pot of coffee in my brand new car... Ugh. This job was over my head - i clearly needed to phone in the professionals. Found Elegant Auto via 'show local' search on google, and made the call on a Friday afternoon. Dealing with this company was hands down one of the worst customer experiences of my life. I called in the morning to set an appointment to have a vehicle detailed and was told that the crew would arrive between 1-3 pm. I explained that the automobile was in a very large parking lot and that the crew would need to call me when they arrived. I was assured that this would not be a problem. Definitely 5 ‘s Recently i used this business to get the inside of my car detailed. I was at home not feeling good that day, so Noe came and was finished and gone when I woke up from my nap. I Went outside an could not believe my car looked like when I first bought it from the dealership! I cannot brag about this company enough and would recommend them to anyone and definitely request for Noe he’s Awesome ( I don’t know about any of you but I hate waiting anywhere when it has to do with my car!)
