If I could give this establishment a zero I certainly would. The lack of professionalism shocked me. I booked an appointment on May 12/2026 to have old mails removed and new ones replaced. First they showed up 15 minutes late because they waited on their pizza from next door. It was more important. I am disabled and I waited outside sitting on my walker for over 15 minutes which hurts very much. I made a 3pm appointment for the reason my meds are at its best for pain relief. I had a haircut and full colour done by the owner Nicole, and I couldn’t be happier! The vibe in the salon was a huge highlight—it was very clean, with bright lighting, and felt incredibly welcoming. Nicole was very informative, highly skilled, and is clearly passionate about what she does. She made my hair feel incredibly soft, and when it came to cutting my bangs, she started longer and gradually worked her way up, making sure I was comfortable and happy at every step of the way, which I really appreciated ❤️. Reghan at The Gel Bar is AMAZING at what she does! I am a perfectionist and she nailed it! (Pun intended). Never going anywhere else for my nails again. Kind woman. Great price.
