Like I said in the previous review, This company does decent work. They responded to our original complaint as soon as they could. I believe there were medical issues within the company at the time of my filing. Everything was taken care of expeditiously as soon as the owner was made aware of the problem. We were also made aware that the light bulbs I referred to are not life time replacement. We have since been notified these bulbs are now available at Home Depot. We can also purchase the replacement bulbs through the owner... read more
This company does decent work but if you have an issue...good luck! They are impossible to get in touch with if you need to have a bulb replaced...lifetime bulb replacement....so that in itself is part of the issue. The lights are fine, the bulbs don't last quite as long as they forecast. So they need to be replaced. Return calls, return emails...nope. We can't even ask the owner/contractor where to go to get the bulbs if we wanted to replace them ourselves. These are hi-grade lights, so the installation was not cheap,...we ... read more
