I am not from the Memphis area, I traveled quite a ways just to see her. In one visit, I had the Scarlet RF, Agnes, Dysport and laser treatment for sunspots. Karen was exceptional in her professionalism. She explained how each procedure worked, the healing process, and the results I should anticipate. I was a first time Botox-er and Karen W. listened to what I wanted, and importantly for me, what I didn’t want and walked me through my different options. She was great with following up to see how things were going and was happy to have me come back in so she could check everything out herself. She really seemed to care about how I was feeling with the procedure and the results. It was a great experience and I will definitely return.
