I had an appointment for 12:15. I arrived at 12:10, lights off, closed sign on door, ups sticker on door. I looked at website again and it said opens at 10AM. I called the numbers listed, to no avail. I waited 20 minutes because life happens. After having no way to contact anyone I canceled my appointment and Booksy says it’s for a “no show” and $15.75 cancellation fee. I’d like to know when you’ll be refunding that fee because I was NOT the no show. Now I have to ,hopefully, find a salon in this area. At least call or text ... read more

She cut inches off my daughter's hair after my wife asked her not to cut her hair. Me being a "guy" didn't pay attention to how much she cut until my wife saw her hair. Erica told me she had only cut the ends, but my daughter said she cut her hair at least twice. Erica told me to sit in the car so my daughter wouldn't be "so whiny."
