I’m not someone who typically writes negative reviews, but this experience warrants one. This was, without question, the worst manicure I’ve ever received (the photo speaks for itself). Even though the final result was visibly poor, I was still charged $45. The technician appeared inexperienced, as if he had never done a full set before. I walked in today and was able to be seated immediately. Anna did my pedicure and I will ask for her again. She was very careful and did an excellent job. Ricky did my fingernails and I’m happy with them, too. It was a friendly, warm experience. All the Staff there can communicate with you in English. This is my new favorite nail salon in Half Moon Bay.

I hate leaving bad reviews but I had such a horrible experience here that I feel it’s necessary to share. I came in for a dip manicure. The woman doing my nails drilled them and then started doing new dip on top of my old dip which I had never experienced before so I asked why she didn’t take off my old powder before starting. She said since it was going to be the same color that it just needed a fill. I let her do her thing.
