I hate leaving bad reviews but I had such a horrible experience here that I feel it’s necessary to share. I came in for a dip manicure. The woman doing my nails drilled them and then started doing new dip on top of my old dip which I had never experienced before so I asked why she didn’t take off my old powder before starting. She said since it was going to be the same color that it just needed a fill. I let her do her thing. It is OK they are not gentle and don't remind people they are not getting the pedicure and manicure.
Worst manicure! She didn't do my cuticles and then tried to tell me that she did after I said it many times but by then, she was already painting my nails. It was messy, you could still see the old color on the sides, there are bubbles, and my tips were rough. When I told her all these things she didn't seem to care and just walked away. The other woman, doing my pedicure, kept talking to her so, she finally came back over and said she wanted to fix it.
