Today my cleaned and preserved veil was returned to me and it's perfect! I had a wonderful experience working with Elegance Preserved! They made the entire process so easy by picking up my piece from my house, quoting it without any contingency, and dropping it back off on my doorstep when it was finished. I appreciated their text and tracking updates as well. The entire process was so smooth and easy!
I had my wedding dress, veil, and bridal gloves cleaned here, and they did an amazing job! I was so nervous something would happen when I had to hand it over to be cleaned. Elegance Preserved handled my dress with care and gave it back looking better than ever. The pick up and drop off service was so convenient and amazing. I can't recommend them enough! Top tier experience!
An ingenious service that I wish I had back in the day. They come pick up and drop off, great communication and decent prices. We had a dress and petticoat preserved. It came boxed with a zippered case around it.
