I loved how easy it was to get my wedding dress cleaned and preserved with Elegance Preserved! They picked up and dropped off my dress promptly (they give you a live ETA of the driver on the day they pick up/drop off)--I love how I didn't have to drive to drop off or pick it up myself. I had such an incredible experience with this company! I purchased my Allure Bridal 9956 dress from Elegant Lace in San Jose in February 2024. In October that year, we had an amazing outdoor wedding at a winery, but by the end of the night my dress and train was black all along the edges. Now that I’m finally getting married in may of next year, I opened up my dress and found that it had yellowed (this is what I get for storing it in the guest room where it gets hot in the summer). I bought my wedding dress second hand, so between the previous bride's use and my outdoor wedding in Oregon, the dress needed a good clean. It is full of lace detailing, decorated with sequins, pearls, and glitter, so it is no small job. They did an amazing job on all 5 layers and cathedral-style train, it looks unused.
