Reason why they are 3 stars with less than 10 reviews…driver was ok. Ride was very bumpy. Kept spilling our drinks because of it. Also never got our deposit or a reason. I ain’t tripping, hopefully they gave the driver a tip out of it
We needed a bus with a stripper pole so Elegance was our go to. No other party bus company in this area has a stripper pole besides Elegance) Despite my initial hesitation after reading some of the previous reviews, I decided to give it a try and turned out to be a great experience! The driver was super nice and arrived on time. We had the time of our lives! We will rent from Elegance again in the future!
Bus drive time was cut short, speakers never semmed to work even tried aux cord and never got our deposit back even tho we cleaned the whole bus and the driver even gave us a mop to mop the floor. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUS
The bus came at wrong time (verbal conversation) finally after I thought we figured it out and my kids would get the full 2 hrs nope the driver brought them in less than 1 1/2 hrs and they walked in with their cheeks all red due to little of no ac. They must of known they did wrong because the one in charge at the time wouldn't answer the phone. So good luck with that. To make it worse the "Owner" is a joke. The wrong vehicle was brought and I am still waiting for our deposit to be returned; we rented back in December.
