I've used Elegance in Draperies on numerous occasions and have had an incredible experience each and every time. Ellen came to my house to measure and give me a price quote. She was very helpful, suggesting various styles and fabrics based on how much I wanted to spend. She had a reasonable turnaround time and once finished, Ellen and her husband came to my house again to install everything.
