This was a very disappointing experience that resulted in both hair loss and braids that had to be taken out in less than 24 hrs after they were put in. I read the 2 reviews and decided to take a chance based on the precautions n the review. I called and indicated that I had read the reviews and wanted a professional experienced braided to do my hair. Unfortunately I don't know the name of the main stylist who did my hair, but i would not go back to get my braids at this shop. The two stylists (another girl helped the main stylist ) who did my hair were unprofessional as they talked away the entire time and weren't particularly skilled braiders plus i was overcharged. In all fairness I randomly called the store for a last minute appointment so I probably just ended up with a braider that no one else wanted:( The only positive thing about my visit is that i was done in 2hr... read more

This was my 1st time going to this shop ... The lady was on time for our appt. @9:30 am and i was out @ 1:30pm ... No stop for many breaks , No breaks @ all ! Will be back to this shop for there great service !
