Personally I loved that Ruby was welcoming when I first came in. I showed her a photo and we quickly discussed a plan. I had a hair wash with her prior to the styling. Through the hairstyling she helped answer my question and made sure what was happening before she cut my hair. At first we decided to cut 1 inch for the layered look but increased it when I mention I wanted my hair to be healthier and cut off my dead ends. Don't go here, they're advertisement is false. They don't do unisex haircuts. Waste of time. Went inside and asked them told them about their online posting and refused. They don't even have the equipment for it anymore from the looks of it.
My hairdresser is the very best she is amazing colorist very friendly
