Timely, organized, clear communication. We requested a balloon circle, lighted 4 foot letters and a throne chair. They made payments easy and clear, and in the day of the event, Gloria and her partner were there bright and early to set up. Even helped us place the letters so they made sense in the hall. 10/10 for their professionalism and skill
