Nice space
This place located in the worst place it can be. Why is there an event space right on Flatbush when there are so many apartments in the back of it?? Blasting music from 11pm-4am on a Sunday?! People are trying TO SLEEP!! Be considerate of the neighborhood!!!!
I had an event at this venue and it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. They damaged multiple items of ours during the event, overcharged me without explanation, and have still not returned my security deposit. When I tried resolving it with them, I was given the runaround. I later spoke with two other people who had events here and they told me they experienced the exact same issues — damage, extra charges, and deposits never returned. Great venue for any occasion, the venue is beautiful and spacious. The owner is very professional, very hands on and helpful. She was very accommodating from start to finish. I definitely recommend this venue for any event.
