We brought in a suit that had some stains that would not come out. Elegance dry cleaned and pressed for us twice to get it done without overcharge. Suit looks great. So thankful.

I had my first and last experience with Elegance Dry Cleaners. I dropped off five items (3 dress shirts and 2 pants) and asked for pricing, but was never given a quote. When I picked them up, I was charged nearly $73 with no explanation and no receipt provided. I don’t mind paying for quality, but the lack of transparency is a problem. Terrible and unclear pricing. I was told hemming and dry cleaning curtains would be $29.99 (plus tax) each, I brought in four of them. When my wife picked up the four curtains, she was charged $297.98!!! After work I stopped in and confronted the owner who stated he never told me that was the price and the price of hemming was $25.99 for each curtain and dry cleaning was $36.99 for each curtain, so $62.98 per curtain or $251.92 total, plus tax the total should have been $273.33. when asked about the approximately $25 differe... read more

Elegance Dry Cleaners has been consistently reliable for me. Their cleaning quality is excellent, items come back crisp and well cared for, and everything is ready when they say it will be. The staff is friendly, helpful, and makes drop off and pickup quick and easy. If you want good cleaning with timely service, I definitely recommend them.
