Worst experience ever. The man working there refused to take my card and kept insisting I pay cash because he “didn’t want to pay the machine fee.” He said it would be “cheaper for me,” but clearly it was just to benefit him. That’s not how you treat customers. I felt pressured and uncomfortable — if a business can’t operate honestly and respect customers’ payment choice, they shouldn’t be open. Definitely not coming back.

I paid $122 to have 5 new, never worn dresses pressed; I was originally quoted at drop off $15 a dress! I won’t use them again and will take my business elsewhere.
I Love coming here, the quality of service is great and the prices are unbeatable. Also the time is always fast. The owner is very accommodating to any of your needs. I totally recommend elegance Dry cleaners. Is all in one stop 10/10 Thank you for always doing a perfect job! I’m a happy customer. I will continue to come here.
