If zero stars were an option, that’s what I would give. I was charged $93 to clean six shirts—$15.50 per shirt—with no clear explanation of the pricing upfront. That is outrageous. Afterward, I called other cleaners in the area and was quoted around $7 per shirt. What frustrates me most is the lack of transparency. Customers deserve to know what they’re paying before agreeing to a service. I feel completely ripped off. I won’t be returning and would strongly advise others to take their business elsewhere.
High quality work at a low price. These winter workout pants ripped and Elegance repaired them so well that I cannot tell which side was ripped before. Thank you!

I had a white linen dress with small flowers all over it. It was chilly out so I wore a black sweater with it. The sweater stained the areas that touched the dress. The underarms the shoulders and the back of the dress. Elegance Dry Cleaners made it look like new. Thank you so much, y’all are great.
I took my very heavy white king size bed-spread in for washing because it won’t fit in my washer. Elegance not only made it sparkling clean, they also mended it where the hem had previously torn out. They did not charge me anything extra for that service. It was great dealing with them!!
