Very disappointing experience with Elegance Custom Cabinetry and the owner, Dmitry. He did our kitchen cabinets but never actually finished the job. Less than a year later, the paint started peeling off. I reached out to him multiple times to fix it, but he never followed through. Of course, I didn’t pay the full amount — the job was left unfinished and the quality of the cabinets was really poor. Any homeowner would do the same in this situation.
