Emily has always been down to earth and very professional. She makes sure you are completely comfortable for doing anything. She explains what she will do throughly before she does it which I love. The one on one conversations are like talking with your closest friend. She provides snacks and refreshments and even plays your favorite kind of music. I would love to go back again soon from now on.

Today, is a great experience to be one of emily's client. My hair turn out the way i expect it. I apprecite all the small details from learning the history of my hair and explaining what product she puts on my hair. Plus, i love the complementary from drinks to warm towel with essential oils and hand massage. My hair looks so great plus i feel like being spoiled with her service. I fully recommend emily. I will come back again.
