Absolutely terrible experience! I booked two services — hair color and eyebrow shaping — and paid the full price. But the staff completely skipped my eyebrows without even informing me or asking if it was okay. I only realized after I left! When I asked about it, there was zero accountability. I had an amazing facial experience! One of the best facials I’ve ever had! The treatment was luxurious, the salon was beautiful, very clean, and the results were immediate. Owner Neetu, her staff Meenu and Shilpi were very professional, welcoming, and made me feel completely relaxed. My skin feels refreshed, glowing, and healthier than ever. Worst employees, they do body shaming during waxing. Makes you feel embarrassing. They need to do better. Train your employees better please teach them it’s a professional job.

I usually like being nice but this is a HORRIBLE PLACE! PLEASE DO NOT come! The day before Eid they burnt my lip!! I’m am in pain and it might scar!!! What the hell???? NEVER EVER EVER COME HERE! What time of “professionals” mess up this badly? Definitely a place that’s about to go out of business, if they don’t clean up their act soon. They need to train their employees better. Please fire the person that did this!

The new lady there is so unprofessional and does not listen to what the client is asking for. This place needs to train their employees better or should be present there when the new employees are doing services on client. I went there to get my eyebrows done and i told her I do not want thin eyebrows just a clean up and instead of listening she is doing what she thinks it best. My sister in law also went to do wax and the same lady was so ruff and gave her burns on the arm. If I can give 0 stars I will.
