I rarely leave negative reviews, but after giving this business a second chance, I feel others should know about my experience. The first time, I arrived for my scheduled appointment on May 3 on time, but no one answered the door or responded to my calls or messages. After I posted a review, the owner reached out, apologized, and explained that she had been hospitalized. I genuinely sympathized with her, removed my review, and rebooked my appointment.
