My husband and I called Electrotech late this afternoon to have our telephone socket replaced as our internet was playing up ridiculously! He came within 10 minutes and was out in 15 minutes! He fixed the problem, gave us a flash new wall socket and we couldn’t be anymore happier and grateful! Cannot fault them! Very happy!

Moe was quick to respond to my enquiry to fit 2 TVs to existing sound system. He came print to score the job, made sensible recommendations, provided recommendations for equipment needed and was ready to install as soon as we had sourced our hardware. Moe attended punctually on the day booked and was ready to start straight away. He talked us through what needed to be done and checked in with us regularly to check we were on the same page. Mohammad and his team were fantastic to deal with, answering all of my questions thoroughly and ensuring we had every tool and option up and running properly before they left. Electrotech , exceeded promised timeframes and are excellent and prompt with communication, whether face to face, electronic, or over the phone. We are more than happy with the high quality end product, and the only negative is that we didn’t install this sooner!
