The equipment was sent to the wrong address ,then I had to track it down then sent it back.Now ,I'm having a hard time being credited for send equipment back .They wont return your calls and customer will tell you the phones are out.

I worked with a fellow named Chris in Pennsylvania. He explained everything, gave me his card and I followed up when I got my first statement. I have yet to pay anything, he makes sure I get supplies, and the stim unit has helped me.\r\nThis guy is the greatest.

This company tries to submit multiple claims in an attempt to get payment. Based on the amounts submitted their prices are exorbitant. They submit claims under Electrostim Medical Services as well as Mario Garcia, supposedly the owner. They send you items which you did not order or need and provide no means of returning products. When you attempt to contact them they do not return calls at all, let alone within 48 hours as stated by their voicemail greeeting. I have suffered from back pain for years after a football injury and have been on multiple pain medications, gone through therapy but still would have trouble being able to do everyday things. I always enjoyed the e-stim my therapist would do on me during our appointments and jumped at the chance to have a unit for home. I had ACL surgery and my ortho. wanted me to have an nmes unit for home. The rep from EMSI called me to set up an appointment to fit me and she was extremely helpful and explained everything and gave me her card to call if I ever had any questions or problems. My insurance covered 80% of the cost of the unit and I was able to pay 10$ a month to cover my prtion which was about 100$. My therapist ordered a TENS unit for me from EMSI and said my insurance company would pay for it. Four months later I received a bill from EMSI for $664.56, my "co-pay" for the unit! They charged my insurance company $955.08 for the unit and $895.00 for a back garment. Each shipment of 16 electrodes is billed to my insurance at $160.08. I have seen similar units for less than $100 and 16 electodes for $18.99 on medical supply company web sites. My Grandmother was instructed to have a TENS unit fitted for her low back pain. The EMSI person fit her with the device and told her that they would not charge her insurance if she didn’t like it or could not afford it. Well and few weeks went by and she started getting bills she call the Girl that fit her an she said there is nothing she can do to help her. My doctor years ago ordered a tens unit from EMSI. i did use it for a while however after a year i no longer needed it and called the company to stop sending me products for it. They said they stopped, however 2 years later i am still recieveing bills with NEW charges and i have not recieved anything! i have tried calling, faxing, emailing, ect and i have never recieved a return phone call or anything.
