Flat out ignored multiple inquiries into warranty replacement issue.Shame on them!
Worst purchase. Bought for my motorcycle. Couldn't get it working thinking I had done something wrong or something else failed. Paid a shop to troubleshoot it and found they had wound the stator backwards. Would have been cheaper/easier to buy an oem one. Reached out to them for feedback and advice but no response. Didn't even try to make it right.
I have been dealing with ElectroSport for several years now,and I have to say that I have had great service and a product that they back up with a "no problem" warranty. My shop only uses the BEST products and for charging issues on my customers motorcycles,this company is top notch!
This place used to be called Electrex based down in Oceanside. Unfortunately, one of the main operators (a Euro-4NR) has let his distaste for America and our freedom of expression cloud his judgement as his irredeemably infected insight into our perspective of politics persuades his personal position in ways that sully the overall view many have of this business. Such a shame and what a waste, indeed!
Quite frankly this was the worst purchase I've EVER made. I mean that with no exaggeration. Two shops informed me my ZX14 needed a new regulator and nothing else. Aside from a charge issue my bike ran perfect. Electrosport sent me a defective unit that improperly regulated the voltage resulting in a blown ECU, Dash, and Fuel Sensor component.
