Linda and Katie are very helpful and caring. I greatly appedix their assistance. Sara and Dr. Yourself caring and knowledgeable. This office is very busy but the staff and physicians care about their patients

what a bunch of cry babies I have had a GREAT experiance with the Crestview office, But all bad reviews and no one mentions where? they had OMG! scheduling issues?

My PCP referred me out for an echocardiogram at the hospital and for an appointment to be seen by a cardiologist here after my heart murmur got a lot worse. I brought the echo results saying severe mitral valve regurgitation and prolapse and after waiting hours to be seen I was encouraged when this guy shot straight with me saying it would end in surgery, but was then so confused as to why he ordered 3 more tests that would take months to be completed and actual thousands from my pocket when he was always going to refer the ... read more

I have a 3:20 appointment. It is now 4:20 and there are still 3:00 appointments that have not been seen! The office closes at 5 pm. This office is comprised of seven doctors, but only one is working today The receptionist provide awful customer service. Doesn't get any worse than Okaloosa Heart and Vascular Center!!!! 🤬

I agree with what others have been saying for the most part. The folks in the back (the nurses) are very friendly. The staff that answers the phone have been very rude at times. They have gotten better. I’m not sure if new staff or just better attitudes. I definitely understand the frustration with the doctors. I had an appointment that had been scheduled for 3 months. They called 3 times within a week to reschedule. I finally got aggravated and just said forget it. I now see the nurse practitioner. She has been great and ke... read more
