I had them "fix" my wheelchair lift and kept getting charged for temporary fixes nd kept breaking down, I was glad their own technician recommended me to a company in valley village where I got a better deal on a better unit that's been working fine now. Stairlift masters is where they take care of you, I would highly recommend instead of electropedic.
Had a great experience here recently. I was looking for a natural mattress and found out that at electropedic they hand make all natural latex mattresses. The expert who helped me is named Zach, he was super polite and knowledgeable on the product and really didn’t pressure me into getting anything he just wanted to meet my needs. Love the family atmosphere in the store, Zach helped me out in the store. He was very respectful and kind. Great all natural matresses!
Just got an adjustable bed here for my mother in law and it exceeded our expectations. Amazing delivery men; who were super nice and careful. And an amazing salesmen Kane sold us our bed with a great deal. The owner Lloyd was also super generous with letting us slide on a few fees. Overall great service, 5 stars.
