So I was looking for a new AVR after my old Sony stopped working. I reached out to “Electronics For Less Canada” and connected With Lou Agostino. Not only did they have the new AVR that I wanted, they also pretty much beat any price. Lou had my new receiver sent out and I had it in two days. Great service, fast delivery, best price. I highly recommend.
Friendly and professional staff that answers all questions and provides helpful information without trying to upsell anything. Goes above and beyond what big box stores like best buy can do for their customers. Would definitely recommend them and I will happily continue to do business with them in the future.

Post sales support is non existent. Submitted a return and got zero response since. Won’t answer the phone or emails. Tried contacting them multiple times for 4 days. Wish I searched online before purchasing as there are 18 complaints on the better business bureau website all this exact situation.
