They have not paid my refund even though I have shipped the product back 1.5 months before and called, emailed did get confirmed that it will be but it did not. I am still trying to reach and figure out, they are still not responding to my emails and calls. Paying the price of a new item but receiving a second-hand one. There is no after-sales service at all. Highly not recommended.
