Had a really excellent experience with customer service with Electronics Expo. I made inquiries and got very polite, very fast responses. Moreover, I am very happy with the product I purchased (a receiver) which came in sealed new condition as advertised and was shipped promptly. Highly recommended merchant!

Jeff is best in guiding right equipment and right guidance. I am builder and I do use Jeff/ Electronics expo and I do recommend Jeff for my friends and families. Service is the best and purchasing Hometheater related equipment through them is much cheaper than market pricing. So it’s always a win win.
My experience at Electronic Expo has been fantastic! All of the tech's are very knowledgable and patient. I can call anytime and someone is always available to help answer questions I may have about my new purchase. I had 2 tech's come to my home to troubleshoot some music cast issues, and they stayed until the issues were resolved and reassured me that I could call back anytime if I needed additional help. I have purchased my TV and or home theatre from the Wayne location a total of three times, over the last 15 years and clearly have been very pleased to return each time. My latest purchase was through my audio/video sales executive, Mike Parry who was so professional, knowledgeable, easy going and dependable.
