Last week I went into ElectronicsBeyond with my Galaxy 25+ to find out why my phone, at times, seemed to move mysteriously from "ring" to "mute". "The owner" ( I am 86 years old, doing relatively well, but don't remember names well and am not cell phone "Smart".) looked it over and indicated that it may be how I handle the phone.
