I have worked my way through the company since 2007. I even left for a few years to go to Epic then came crawling back as there is no place that compares to my family here at ETC. Even while I was gone, I came back to visit often to see the friendly faces. The Foster family and the executive team truly care so much for the employees and it shows. This company is probably the most racist company ever. Their paint line is even worse. I worked there through a Temp Agency for 11 months without getting hired on. I was never absent from work but these racists never appreciated. I watched my fellow African Americans come in through Temp Agency only to be terminated after a week, two weeks or a maximum of about two months.
