I have never known the people in this repair shop to be rude to customers. Often times the customers come into the shop complaining about having to pay for a repair in the first place. Its very funny that people who think their TV is under full warranty want to blame the repair shop when they find out that maybe only some repairs are covered. Why is this company still in business after all of these bad reviews?? And why did Samsung Support just refer them to me to fix a problem with my Samsung TV?? I am afraid to let them touch it now. I wonder if I can request some place else to do my warranty work. Mark D are you still having problems?

Not good!!! My samsung is under warranty... Dan came down and tried a couple things..... Said he needed to order a new panel.... Never called me back.... My guess is he's ripping off the TV manufactures .... Still dealing with samsung

My flat screen TV stopped working after less than 2 years. Found Electronic Specialists in Yellow Pages and took TV over. The shop was cluttered, dirty and junked up with old electronics. The man and woman at the desk had an argument about finding a pallet to put the TV on; very unprofessional; I thought the man was rude to me and another customer who had come in. Very satisfied. Had a 6mo old 55' plasma 3d smart tv. Tech was able to determine through phone analysis what the issue was and worked with the manufacturer to get the part. Came to my house in East Lansing, took the tv to their shop and had a turn around time of less that 24 hours. Very professional and courteous. Would recommend to anyone.

Low quality work – Agree with tennisplayer331, unprofessional and rude. I had a service call that fixed an issue with my TV, besides said issue TV was fine. As a result of service TV has all new issues, undoubtedly caused by the service call. They refuse to guarantee their quality and work and will not correct their own mistake. After service technician left, I even found screws on the floor that were not put back in the case and a scratch on the glass top. Do not give them service.

WARNING! UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE – BEWARE! You get what you pay for! They may sound ok and convince you to do business with them but be careful! You would be better off finding a place that is reputable and more service focused. They seem to be interested in making a profit more than helping the customer. Be careful if you use them and don't let them run up your bill!!

Satisfied Customer – I brought my19 month old TV in to ELECTRONIC SPECIALISTS just after they opened and was watching shows on it that evening. I received fast friendly service at a reasonable price. They made contact with the manufacturer for possible coverage beyond the stated warranty. My particular repair may have been relatively simple but the service experience was great.
