Worst customer service, please stay away from these guys. The Techie has no idea on what he is fixing. He just replaced parts without knowing what the issue is. Assurant sent me these guys to fix my washing machine. They replaced multiple parts and still left my washing machine not working. When I reached out to them, they simply said that they cannot fix this further and they dont have any clue on the issue and asked me to reach out to GE for technical support. The Techie who was sent has clearly no idea what he is do

Irresponsible, unreliable, unprofessional. AVOID THEM! I called with a specific Ice-maker issue (not the well-known "recall") for my Samsung fridge. They came, REPLACED THE WRONG ITEM (WAS WORKING WELL - HAD IT REPLACED WHEN THE "RECALL" WAS SERVICED. They CHARGED ME $267.50 for parts that I didn't NEED and services that were inaccurate and left. The ice-maker still is not working. they want to come back with yet another part - when they get it, (they claim that this time they got it right) and charge me again for their lack... read more

This company was devastated like many because of the Covid. It was sold to new management on September 1, 2020, just 10 days after both of these postings. All the employees were put back on full time. The office and field crews were staffed back up to pre-Covid levels. Credit was re-established with vendors to reliably obtain necessary spare parts in a timely manner. Repairs were made to service trucks. Would not even give one star! The repairman replaced the icemaker in the freezer and left. The icemaker never made ice from that point on. It was performed by Electronic Service Specialists under Lowe's Extended Warranty. Called back to Electronic Service Specialists and explained that the icemaker does not work. I was told by Electronic Service Specialists had already closed the ticket and there was nothing they could do because the repairman reported it was replaced and working. This company is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE, I called to get my washer fixed but LG didn't have any specialist so they had to schedule with a 3rd party company (electronic service specialists). Rep scheduled a date for them to come but the next day I received a call from the 3rd party advising they unable to make it because they are to busy and they had to reschedule me (they was very rude when I started to ask question do to the change), the gentlemen advised, if I have an issue I can call another company, so I rescheduled... read more
