Please, hire someone who can communicate better. The outsourced call alert people are clueless when they call for the known faulty alarm system ESS is in charge of. And, this new ESS scheduler is ridiculously impossible to talk to. Ralph should find someone better. We can't leave the house open all day, not knowing when the tech will show up and this scheduler demands the house to be left open, forgetting this ESS is all about added security to the luxurious 2nd homes.
They will not reverse a faulty charge, I’ve been badgering them for weeks. Never had to use them for any emergencies so cannot speak to that, though it is impossible to speak to anyone who works there besides their remote answering service.
The team at ESS fixed a faulty system at my home (that they did not install). Junior the technician called me on my cell to walk through all the zones and make sure I understood how to manage the system safely and feel comfortable. Junior had the most professional and easy going personality. Ralph the CEO, returned several calls and emails. He also explained what is required by law to live in my home safely.
