This particular S.F. franchise location is like licking a gas station toilet seat.
Ambulance chasers, that joy ride on top of your insurance claim!
We have been taken for a ride. Big time, to the tune of $9,200.
We have been lied to, cheated, deceived, OVERBILLED, and suffered damages.
This specific ERS S.F. franchise location is unethical! Period. Point blank. Deceitful lying bottom feeders.
And they can sue me if I am wrong. Indeed, they have already invited us to sue them.
We are filing a claim in small claims court.
I can prove what I say, and if they should commit perjury, and I prove it using their own employees testimony, then I shall ask for jail time.

And I say total B.S. Tom Foolery!!!!!!! Gobbledegook!!!!!!
ERS charged double to triple the replacement costs on many items and I can document this.
Furthermore, this local franchise told me that their "costs to restore" were based on the total value of the items that they "heard" my stuff was worth. Read that again.
$35 to clean a $10 transistor radio?
$40 to clean a brand new sealed $40 set of headphones?
$265 to "restore" a receiver worth about $100, and then was returned with tons of dust and human hair on top of it?
Scamolacity! Unscrupulous. Unethical. Undeniably~
They took over $700 of my items, never inventoried them, and then denied knowing about them.
And the main guy, the supervisor appeared to be a nutcase, who got down on his hands and knees begging and saying "what do you want from me, I'm sorry. I'm sorry", and then invited us to sue him for all of the mistakes that he had made.
His behavior was NOT NORMAL~~
We will not allow them back in our house under any circumstances, and you shouldn't either.
Trust me on this !!!!!!!!!!
I welcome a response from Kimberly H., but doubt that I will receive one.
This company cares about one thing, and that is what is in your wallet or purse!!!
And once they get your money,....then goodbye yellow brick road!!!!!
B.B.B. case has been filed. They have refused mediation with an impartial party for the B.B.B.
Hummmmm, I wonder why?
Here's what the B.B.B. says about ERS....
"The Better Business Bureau has made two attempts to contact the business regarding your complaint. We regret to inform you that we have not received a response at this time and this case has now been closed as an UNANSWERED complaint in their file. Because we are not a government agency, we cannot force a business to respond. You may wish to contact your Attorney General or like agency."
THEY DIDN'T EVEN RESPOND TO THE B.B.B.
Avoid ERS like the plague!!
