I had a house fire in June of 2025. I didn't choose Prism the restoration company did. The cost was ridiculous Many things came back without being cleaned at all. The bill was padded with things that were just not done. I was very disappointed. I would not recommend them. i JUST TRIED TO EMAIL A RESPONCE TO THIS EMAIL ADDRESS AND IT'S not working

We had a fire in my garage 12/2022. This company never had a signed work order from us and came took my whole house apart ransacked closets etc. they ripped curtains off the walls and left holes in my walls where the rods were they took absolutely no care. My neighbor said they were in an out of here in like two hours time like it was some kind of robbery heist absolutely pathetic and did it while I was at work so they knew I would have no way of knowing if they were even here as my house had no power.
