Prism their employee arrived at my home at the designated time introduced himself and explained what he would be doing and what the next step would be. He was highly professional and extremely polite to me and my belongings. Frankly I was worried about this interaction because although I had heard very positive things about the company, I still hadn't felt directly with them. All my aprehensions were relived by the professional work that was done. I seriously wish there were more stars to give. GREAT experience.
Great service! I have gone through quite a bit in filing insurance claims for aftermath of a water break. Prism had promptly scheduled an appointment. The technicians showed up on time as scheduled. They did a thorough walkthrough and documented items meticulously. Totally satisfied with their service!

The prism team came out to our house and serviced equipment after some soot / furnace blowback exposure. The team was knowledgeable, very thorough as well as understanding. Some items were cleaned on-site and others were serviced offsite and brought back in great condition. Would definitely use them again.
