My items were not delivered until nearly a year later, and there was a lack of communication regarding the delivery schedule, which left me no time to make necessary adjustments. I received a last-minute call informing me that my items would be delivered within a week and a half, with no opportunity to arrange for a larger storage unit if needed. I can't thank Prism Specialies enough for doing a fantastic job with our personal belongings during our terrible house fire!! They were so efficient with pick up and returning all of our clothes, linens etc and we couldn't be more pleased with the professional cleaning they performed!! Even the communication and concern for situation was great! I would certainly recommend this company to anyone in need of their services!!
