Ej was a very honest and ethical Account Executive that took time to explain all of our options so we felt confident making the right decision for our office environment. Mark was VERY knowledgeable, he made sure that the Ricoh device was all set up for a simple plug and play application upon delivery. He helped the Sales Team set up their Ricoh printing app so they can print from their mobile devices and tablets. Marc also customized the settings to our specifications. Highly recommend EOS!!
