These people sold me a televion a few months ago. I asked for assistance x2 re the remote and got no real assistance. When I phoned again I was told they no longer would do business with ma and made up a bogus story that I had called one of the service people a name. I never did that. These people are not accommadation at all and have left me with a televion that I cannot operate. DO NOT do business here as I have spent major amounts of money trying to get help elsewhere. BEWARE!! This is by no means over. NOT
Look no further for your electronic needs. We just purchase two (high end) TV's from Greg the owner and he priced matched them with the big box stores. So happy we went independent local with Greg his service bar none is fabulous. On the day of installation Greg came with a 2nd team member by the name of Sean who was just as pleasant and knowledgeable as Greg.
