When I went to drop off the device for warranty repair they seems a little shady and pretty unprofessional but I figured all I needed was for them to do a warranty repair. How can they mess that up? Wrong! They do not call back to let the customer know anything and when I called to get an update the woman that answered had a bad attitutude from the start! And it only got worse from there. This guy "coralrocks2 that writes reviews is a joke! He hates everything and everyone. Just stay at home with your mother and take out the trash like you should. All you do is hate on the internet and use the same lame title. Someone call the police! Keep you Hoopdee off the road, stay out of public places. You don't like them anyway!

Company is $53 just to look at your set (non-refundable). This is much higher than most TV repair shops which charge about $29 for a diagnostic fee. The receptionist, who is not very friendly, said it would be $225 plus tax to replace the board, that would come to $185.50 after the $53 diagnotic fee was taken into account. The unfriendly receptionist asked for $190.80; she said there was a junk-fee for "shop supplies" for $5.30.
