Ryan was awesome in fixing my gate! He diligently tackled an older system until he found the solution. Also, thank you to Sarah for scheduling us in immediately the next morning as I couldn't get my car out of the garage with the closed gate, and I have 3 children age 5 and under. Korey with Electronic Innovations is an all star. He spent the time required to troubleshoot our LiftMaster CAPXM system and make the automatic commercial doors work again. Our doors were not working properly for weeks. Korey provided the service that LiftMaster seemingly could not. Between James in the office and Korey in the field, I am extremely satisfied and would highly recommend this group.
When our equipment finally aged out and needed replacement, Electronic Innovations worked diligently to execute our order and complete the repair efficiently with minimal downtime. They were responsive to all our concerns and remain available for any incidental questions or concerns. Excellent customer service, very responsive to our needs.
