Jim is fantastic, he came recommended from a trusted work colleague and did not disappoint. He's done my taxes for the last couple years, and I plan to continue to use him in the future. My taxes have become quite complicated and not only does he optimize my returns, but his fee is very reasonable.

I have filed my taxes multiple years with Jim. Last time was 2023. Called today to see if I could get put on the schedule and was told due to me not filing my taxes there since 2023, I was now considered a “new client” and they aren’t taking any new clients in. Vicky was the woman who answered the phone and conveyed this message to me. Not really professional in my opinion.
