Omg I thought my brand new Samsung tv was shot I did not get the warranty and the lady here was absolutely amazing she told me exactly what to say to Samsung and they paid for the whole thing and gave the electronic hospital the work to for it these people are amazing I can’t recommend anymore then that
The office manager Nancy is the rudest person and very unprofessional. Whirlpool set my appointment and she refused to honor that appointment. She gave me an attitude because it was short notice and they were already out in Feb to fix the same problem. She is the worst person to represent this company, avoid them.
Whirlpool set me up with an appointment for my washer to accommodate our chaotic schedule. The lady I spoke with from Electronic Hospital was incredibly unprofessional and unfriendly. She stated they were “not driving all the way out to Fairfax” to diagnose my washer and honor the time set by Whirlpool. Instead they want to “research” and order everything it “might be.” Williston is not that far from Fairfax. Customer service should be more important than a 25 minute drive.

SUPER HELPFUL even on a Friday afternoon. They were so nice and fit me into their overbooked schedule bc my food was spoiling. Very knowledgeable. Very polite and professional. If what you have is fixable, they will get it fixed for you!!!
