TL;DR Thomas is awesome and fixed my iPad with no problems. I am in awe of Thomas' fixing capabilities. A couple of days ago, my water bottle spilled in my bag and caused water damage to my iPad. Every source on the internet said my device was toast. I knew I had to act fast but I couldn't find any repair shops that were open as late as this one. Brought in my son's bent in half ipad that is used as a communication device. Thomas was able to quickly order the parts and after the parts arrived he was able to get it fully repaired within a day. He was incredibly understanding, to the point, let me know that it's possible but not guaranteed and still performed a miracle for me. My child has their voice back thanks to him. This store is great!
Amazing business, very straightforward, super costumer friendly and prioritize informing and explaining what’s wrong and what needs to be fixed. Thomas the manager is very quick and upfront with what he needs to do, gave me some tips on how to protect my phone, and was extremely professional and friendly. Wouldn’t recommend anywhere else, you pay for a quality service.
Huge shoutout to Thomas! He is an absolute wizard and extremely knowledgeable, and was transparent about everything from the start. Explained all my options clearly and went above and beyond to fix my phone. I sincerely appreciate the honesty and top-notch customer service!
