Extremely Unethical Business! This place is a Rip-Off!! They have a strict No-Refund policy, Absolutely No Exceptions. So you will NEVER get your money back, even when the item they sold you is pure junk! Case in point: I bought two new-in-factory-sealed-packages 6-foot data jumper cables (8-pin mini-DIN male connectors on both ends) from a bin full of those items, all new-in-package. I brought them home and found out they weren't jumper cables at all - the pins on one end weren't wired through to the pins on the other end. ... read more

Spend your money & time else where First the store is a FIRE HAZARD and should be inspected by the Arlington fire department. It looks like an indoor garage sale. I was returning to Electronic Discount to use my store credit. I didnt have the receipt but I had given my phone number as a back up in their system for the purchase and was told that could be retrieved as my store credit. Which turned out t o be a Lie! THE NO REFUND POLICY IS UNREASONABLE - UNFRIENDLY AND DISRESPECTFUL MANAGEMENT - SHOP AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! There should always be exceptions to a policy when it doesn't make sense. Case and point: I purchased a laptop charger. When I tested it in the store it seemed to work fine but later that evening I came to find that it would stop working after a few minutes when it heated up. No problem, it happens. justin i agree with chaz i give the place a 50 50 the stuff they sell is great reasonably priced but the staff are dumb as dirt and rude and dont think sellin ur new slighlty used stuff is a good idea the give u pennies of what u paid for it bottom line dont ask 4 help u wont get it and just search the store look under things they just cramm every thing every where
