After the warranty is up, they will have nothing to do with you. I had a company accidentally cut the wire to the cameras and asked ECI to come out and repair. The company who cut the wire offered to pay the entire bill whatever it was. After one month of calling them every day they said they did not want to work with us anymore. Very poor customer service.
