Brought them my custom built PC. The HDD failed. I had bought and installed a replacement, but that drive was also bad. So I brought them the PC to troubleshoot, thinking it was unlikely that both HDDs were bad. They correctly diagnosed the HDD had failed. However, after that they gave me bad information about installing Win7 and tried to sell me a Win10 installation.
