Great working with Nabiel and Sarah to get our TV hung along with Sonos and Ubiquity routers thorugh out the house.
We had Electron replace our alarm system & service our ducted vacuum system, & we are delighted with the results. Special mention to our technician, Jian, who displayed excellent product knowledge, wonderful customer service & nothing was a problem. Highly recommended.
Excellent company - my door bell and intercom system were installed by Electron when my house was built 17 years ago - still going strong. Recently a carpenter accidentally broke my door strike -Electron Appliances to the rescue- thank you so much for sourcing the correct part, and for the excellent repair job, great customer service. Highly recommend.
Have used Electron for a number of years now and they have always been so professional. There response time is 2nd to none and Sarah in the office is so pleasant to deal with. I have had Nabiel and Kevin on numerous projects from maintenance to new work. They have just completed a renovation for me in the blue mountains and cannot speak more highly of them. Craig.
Had Nabiel for recent electrical work on a very old house, hanging TV's, antenna and upgrading all electrical work, sensor lights and security cameras. He was very responsive, reliable and his attention to detail was second to none. He worked 12 hour days for us and didn't leave the work site until everything was cleaned up and left spotless. I would highly recommend this company.
