Purchased a road runner pro. Not sure if it was meant to have an Australian charger with it but I received a North American charger. Contacted customer support on website who mentioned there is an Australian version of the charger but kept telling me to purchase an international adapter instead.

Ordered on May 29th it is not June 16th and it hasn't even left to be on its way to me!! Was meant to be for a birthday present!! Not very happy. And nothing further has been done except being told we hope its not too much longer.. and that was a week ago 😡😡
Glad to see that powder coated handlebars in multiple colours were in stock rather than lesser quality paint on other sites.
Ok it is not clear if you can go to this place during its open hours, and their phone number needs a better way of answering it during their posted hours, not being able to talk with someone after 9 phone calls after 10 am on a normal sunny Monday is not good business practice otherwise the man I finally met was very nice to me
