I just bought some spare parts for my scooter but when ever I had a question their online chat feature was there within 2 minutes (during business hours). When my goods were shipped I received them in 2 business days. Very happy with my interaction with VoroMotors.

They will only service what they sell even if you offer money. I've got a super scooter (racing scooter 7000w) that I want rewired, parts upgraded, tyres swapped out, point blank nah. Plenty of other places gave me reasonable quotes.
Very very poor communication! Still trying to get problems solved 4 months in.
