Customer service is terrible. I can’t get in touch with anyone. I do not recommend this place at all.
No one should buy anything from Voro Motors Australia. As of this year Voro Motors Australia has the worst customer service, non existent actually. They used to be really good, but I'm not sure if they even have anyone working there. Just trying calling them, no one picks up, no voice message feature, no calls back. On the rear occasion it transfers to a lady in the Philippines which is pointless. Both my brother and I bought the Emove cruiser V2 Dual motor scooter. Seriously the customer service is outstanding. Online chat respond right away and sorted out all orders and shipping was quick and painless. Bought Altis sigma, brake pads etc..!
I just bought some spare parts for my scooter but when ever I had a question their online chat feature was there within 2 minutes (during business hours). When my goods were shipped I received them in 2 business days. Very happy with my interaction with VoroMotors.
