This made my pain worse. I hurt more using it. Maybe that's because the pain is caused by muscle overuse in the first place...not sure. Be aware that if you return it, you pay shipping.

Insomnia, ptsd, anxiety and bipolar disorder is a fun mix I’ve had all my life. I hate medications and their side effects and taking over the counter sleep meds blah blah blah This is by far the best news for someone like me and I don’t need much to move mountains towards relief.
