I’ve been using AlphaStim for a few months trying to get the hang of it. I never imagined, only prayed for years to be able to fall asleep. I’ve been dealing with PTSD and intense insomnia for 2 years. Even with high doses of medication, it’s torment to fall asleep with flashbacks. Alpha-atom has definitely helped me in my life to reduce stress and love my day to day life a little bit better. Not a solution for everything but as part of a wholistic approach, it has helped me immensely.

I don't have enough information to leave a useful review, but so far I am enjoying the device. However, it's been "borrowed" for a week and I will get it back tomorrow. When I can articulate the benefits better, I will come back and do a thoughtful review.

Using the Alpha-Stim Aid has made a huge difference in my life! I have struggled with depression for many long years (20+). As soon as this kit arrived, it was put to use primarily for my sleep insomnia, but also to help manage my chronic pain. I have been challenged with my sleep issues while in the military but having it coupled with chronic pain, my sleep has been disrupted moreso.
