Super unprofessional. I was trying to schedule an appointment and was being nice. I wanted some information but the way the associate talked was very rude. If you don't have time to talk don't answer the phone. You lost a sale. I will be going to O'Fallon instead.

!!!!! BUY NUMBING GEL AND USE IT AS DIRECTED BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT!!!! - usually you apply a thick layer(seriously, let it be like an inch and a half thick), & wrap it in saran wrap an hour before the appointment. She will unwrap it and wipe the excess off before she starts. Without the numbing gel, it is EXTREMELY painful. It feels like a burning hot rubber band snapping on your skin.
